Two common issues faced by users. Find the resolution for the same here.

One most asked question is that GTT got triggered but the order is not executed. This is mainly due to providing both trigger price and price as same. For buy GTT, provide a higher value in price than trigger price. For sell GTT, provide a lower value in price then trigger price. This is just to increase the probability of GTT getting filled.

Another issue that many face is that GTT not executed for missing CDSL authorisation. Kindly do pre-authorisation (https://support.zerodha.com/category...eauthorisation) before placing GTT. This pre-authorisation is valid only for 90 days and if GTT is not triggered by then repeat the pre-authorisation.
