Sometimes the OV agent status from the OM Management Server fails with the agent status looking like below,
Network communication problems occurred. (OpC40-427)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CTRL - CommunicationException:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(ctrl-21) Communication error when executing 'Status' method.
(sec.core-113) SSL certificate verification error (The presented peer certificate is not trusted. The certificate verification chain could not be built.). (OpC40-2130)
Failed. It could be a certificate issue, either at the agent or at the OM Management server. Check and make sure they are fine.
Try manual cert exchange. verify if "bbcutil -ping http://hostname" command works both ways (Agent to OM and OM to agent)
