Future Ventures India Ltd. creates, builds, acquires, invests in, and operates businesses throughout India. Some of their popular brands include Lee Cooper, Turtle and Clarks.

Future Ventures is a decent bet in mid-cap space. It runs at Zero debt with P/E as high as 60 assuming profits roll in. It is an expensive bet, but has strong brand presence. Revenues have risen from 5 Crores to 55 Crores in the last 5 years. It has been in losses 4 out of the last 5 years. FY 2010 alone saw profits of little over 18 Crores. Last 3 quarters have been in profits which is pretty positive considering their loss history. Its not a growth pick yet and not a value buy either. Its one of the potential turnaround stocks. Invest with minimal exposure if you can afford for some risk.
