    Hi Mani,

    Am new to stock markets.

    Even though i have picked up shares early it was based on fundamental analysis and the prospects for the company to fare well in future based on technology they are sitting on. It has worked for me especially in the IT and technical sector.

    I am a medium to long term investor.

    Recently i heard about the candle stick approach to trading. Is this only for use in day trading?. can it be used for medium to long term investing

    Is there any other tolls which can be used to spot good stocks in the medium to long term.

    Hope you will enlighten me.
