Stocks on my fathers name

Hai every one

My father used to do trading few years back, know he continuously receives stock details. we changed our house several times during his trade, some stock details may go to our previous address.

Is there any way i can get details of all the shares he avail on his name through BSC & NSC.

I am not sure on physical form of shares ... But, if he was associated with a broker, its best to contact the broker
