I have invested in Nifty Option (Call & Put) but unfortunately I'm in loss of about Rs. 3000/- this month

I have seen your videos related to Nifty Option few days back but frankly speaking didn't get anything from it. So could you please tell me a simple process when I should buy Nifty Option (Call & Put) and at what price and also when I should sell Nifty Option (Call & Put) in order to gain some profit

Hedge will not always work out well ... Below are some pointers on how to succeed at hedge.

• VIX needs to rise ... Give entry only when you see an upward spike in VIX
• Hedge on Bank Nifty works better than Nifty
• Avoid holding Postions beyond 20th
