A fundamentally good stock at RSI of 20 is undervalued ... Fundamentally weak stock at RSI of 80 is over-valued ...
Do remember that RSI can stay at 20 and 80 for prolonged periods also
what is the importance of the zone between above 20 and under 80 in stochastic. what dicision should one take when stochastic bend in halfway (price is in uptrend). thanks.
Not much to be made halfway ... Look for other technical like CandleStick at that point
