Persistent System suddenly seems to have lost its charm. Is it a good company to hold and accumulate or better to exit at this level?

Persistent revenues seems to have saturated in last 2 years ... other than that , it looks good ... On the charts, there is some support @ 450 ... Strong support should come in @ 400 levels if it drops to that level.
