How to Redeem SBI Credit Card Reward Points

I use SBI Credit Card and the reward points can be used as cash payments which is a very useful feature.

For every 2000 points, you can convert to cash payment of 500 Rupees.

Facility to apply for this redemption is not available in their online portal (sbicard.com)

You can only redeem by calling customer care and request for converting reward points to cash payment. Below's their customer care contact details and they are available till 8 PM
