While you can lodge this complaint, am not sure to what extent they will act on it. But, do give it a try.

This sub broker(who is getting lost my amount) is not registered in SEBI. he told lie "I AM SUB BROKER". how i can punish him? how to take legal action.
Where did you check for registered sub-broker in SEBI ?
