The Company's products are used as intermediates in the manufacture of pesticides, fungicides, textiles, paints, adhesives, drug intermediates, paper, petroleum additives, rubber chemicals and plastics.

Diamines & Chemicals is currently trading at market cap of 46 Cr. Its liabilities are reasonably okay. Cash flow looks okay. Revenues have spiked in FY10 and so has PAT. If they continue or maintain the same, it augers well for the company's future. Current P/E of 5 looks attractive considering all factors.
