Stunning bank nifty may 17000 ce call

Mani & All,

On 25th I bought bank nifty 17000 CE May call at 5/-, but exited at 30/-, but what a call it was it went to 359 today, I could not able to control my emotions and greed exited early, how to control and gain profit when raising ? i could not believe it went from 5/- to 359/- ohh my god 72 times increment !!!!!

one way to do is buy minimum 2 lots ... once it doubles, u can take out invested capital by exiting one lot ... and Keep the remaining lot if data suggests further move upward is possible ...

once you take out capital, realise that rest is just the profits going up ...

I am new to options.. I didnt understand how narayan is talking about May CE. How can May expiry go to 359 today? we are in August 2016.

i don't see any May CE for BANK NIFTY on NSE website.

Can you please help me understand the same?

hes sharing a trade experience from May ... doesnt mean he bought May contract in Aug ...
