If an IPO is over subscribed how it will be allotted, If apply for 100 shares and IPO is over subscribed by 10 times, would I get atleast 10 shares ? or how they will allocate ?

If its 10 times over-subscribed ... You will get one lot if you applied for 10 lots .... Anything less than 10 lots, is lottery system (Means, if you applied for 7 lots, its random chance of 70% of being allocated 1 lot)
