GM Breweries Ltd - Penny Stock Idea
CMP: 122
G.M. Breweries Limited manufactures and distributes whisky, brandy, rum, gin, vodka, native liquors, and potable country liquors.
GM Breweries is a 115 Cr penny cap share. Its a pretty safe buy in penny cap space. Its revenues have been growing slowly and steadily, although PAT has been erratic in the past. In the last 2 quarters, NPM has more than doubled and is gaining significant momentum. All it needs to do is maintain NPM hereon and the stock price should rally in 2011. This could turn out to be a significant turnaround for this company. Liabilities are well balanced. All this at current P/E of 9 compared to its industry average of over 40 is very attractive. Start buying slowly and accumulate on dips and hold for long term kill.

Penny stocks needs patience to make huge kill ... diversify investments and hold for long term gains ... Exit when markets peak in P/E valuations
