Avon Corporation Ltd. distributes and sells weighing machines. The Company's products are used in the pharmaceuticals and chemicals, gems and jewelry, and defense industries.

Avon corp is a 47 Cr penny cap share. Revenues have been consistently on the rise. The last 2 quarter results have been very good. NPM is at 10% and on the rise. Liabilities not much of a concern. At a P/E of less than 3, its a value buy and should yield good returns for a long term investor. Buy and accumulate in dips of 10%.

Avon Corporation has reported a sales turnover of Rs 20.24 crore and a net profit of Rs 6.70 crore for the quarter ended Dec '10

I am holding Avon Corporation from last 1 year @6.20 and I am increasing my holding in this stock. I am buying at every dips below Rs 5. and this stock is standing firm in this crisis also. What do you suggest ?

Keep Holding and accumulating on dips ... Its a fundamentally good penny cap stock ... Also have a good mix of mid-cap & large cap in your portfolio ...
