Navin Fluorine is a value buy in small-cap space trading at P/E of less than 3. Minimal liabilities and high dividend yields of over 4% in the last 12 months. Revenues have picked up from 260 Crores to 429 Crores in the last 5 years. Profits have risen strongly from 12 Crores to over 70 Crores in the same period.
