The Indian markets are expected to open flat on the back of mixed global cues.

The domestic markets on Friday ended sharply lower, erasing early gains, after the finance minister Pranab Mukherjee presented the Union Budget for FY13 with no concrete reforms on fuel and fertiliser subsidy, FDI in aviation and retail along with DTC and GST.
