    Control Print Ltd. is a leading coding and marking solutions provider manufacturing continuous inkjet printers and fluids under license of KBA-Metronic AG, Germany. Earlier the company used to be a trading company distributing printers . But it have slowly evolved into manufacturing these products on its own with technical collaboration and now have the technical capabilities to manufacture large character printers, thermal transfer over printers, hot ink coders, etc..

    The major product sold by the company is Alphajet range of printers which finds use in variety of industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals , Food and Beverage, Automotive, etc


    FINANCIALS..
    Revenues grew from 37 fr to 80 cr during the last 5 years and NP from a paltry 0.25cr to a massive 12.44cr (2009--2013).For the 9months period Dec 2013 NP stands at 11.22cr registering an impressive growth in bottomline.Net profit margins at 15% and ROCE 0f about 20% with D/E ratio of 0.04 makes it a compulsive BUY.

Revenues have risen from 38 Crores to 80 Crores in the last 5 years ... Profits have surged from less than a Crore to 12 Crores in the last 5 years ...

    Only concern i see is 11% of promoter stake is pledged ... Other than that, the company fundamentals are good ...
