Bharti Airtel Limited, a part of Bharti Enterprises, provides telecommunications services throughout India. The Company provides GSM Mobile Services, broadband, fixed line telephone services, long distance services (international & national) and enterprise services.

Airtel is a not a bad company. But, from an investor perspective, it has lost value. Its running at a debt of 14,000 Crores and has been on the rise in the last few years. This puts Debt to Profits ratio at 3 years. Profits have dipped in the last 2 years from 9,426 Crores to 5,730 Crores. Customer satisfaction and royalty is not the same as it was before. A lot more competition in the sector now, eating away Airtel's customer base. With a lot more debt and little growth, there's not much to look forward for an investor in coming years. Invest in better companies.
