Den Networks is a mid-cap trading at a P/E of 90 which is very expensive. It runs at a debt of 156 Crores with 222 Crores cash in hand. Revenues have risen from 338 Crores to 434 Crores in the last 2 years. Profits have risen from little over 6 Crores to nearly 8 Crores in the last 2 years. Last quarter results has spiked to nearly 12 Crores on lower expenses. If the good results continue, the rally could continue. Its a wild bet and only for risk takers. Keep exposure minimal.
