    ADI Finechem Ltd. is a speciality oleochemical manufacturing company situated near the city of Ahmedabad in the western region of India. The company utilises state of the art technology with critical equipments acquired from Germany and Switzerland. By-product fractions of natural oils and fats generated during refining of Sunflower and Soyabean oils are company's rawmaterials. Their fine chemical products portfolio has applications in manufacturing of resins for Paints, Inks, adhesives etc. They also manufacture specialised products for neutraceutical industry. Their hallmark has been consistent supply of products of superior quality in India, USA and Japan. 2010 has been a landmark year for the company. Change in Management happened. New group of promoters came in with the vision to unlock full potential of company's assets and process technologies.ADI Finechem Limited has successfully completed expansion to increase its processing capacity substantially last year. ADI Finechem further increased it's production capacity, from the 3rd quarter of 2011.
    Revenues have trebled from 31cr to 96 cr and NP from 0.82cr to 7.37cr during the last five years.The company recorded EPS of 7.37 for Mar 2012 while the book value stands at 28.19.The company paid a dividend of 10%.Net profit margin went up from 2.63 to7.57.Debt / equity is kept low at 0.85.
    For the quarter ended JUNE 2012,the company registered impressive figures ---sales are at 34.26cr and NP at 3.03 giving an annualised EPS of about 12.The company also made BONUS ISSUE of 1:5 in july 2012

    Adi Finechem has debt of 20 Crores with very little cash in hand. But profits have surged in the last 2 years.

    Revenues have risen from 31 Crores to 97 Crores in the last 5 years. Profits have risen from less than a Crore to over 7 Crores in the last 5 years (With little losses in FY2009 and FY2010).
