BOC India Limited manufactures and distributes oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon and specialty gas mixtures. The Company also manufactures welding electrodes, rods, fluxes, gas and electric welding equipment, as well as air separation and gas plants, cryogenic equipment and liquid oxygen explosives.

BOC India is a decent buy in mid-cap space. Its currently trading at a P/E of 27 with decent dividend yields of 0.50% in the last 12 months. Minimal liabilities. Revenues have grown from 456 Crores to 992 Crores in the last 5 years. Profits have fluctuated and grown from 45 Crores to 94 Crores in the same period. NPM is decent at little less than 10. Buy and hold for long term gains.

I am not able to find stock details of BOC India after Dec 09. Anything we need to know here?
