Kothari Products Limited is the principal company of the Kothari group, which manufactures and markets pan masala and gutka under the brand name "Pan Parag," as well as flavored chewing tobacco under the brand name "Parag." The Company also packs and markets coconut oil under the "7-up" brand name.

Kothari Products is a decent bet in mid-cap space. Its currently trading at a P/E of less than 5 with high dividend yields of close to 4% in the last 12 months. Minimal liability. Revenues have grown from 137 Crores to 1350 Crores in the last 5 years. Profits have been pretty much static at 80 Crores in the last 5 years except for a dip in 2009. NPM has dipped, but revenues have grown. A decent bet with low P/E.
