Were you aware that timing matters a lot in intraday trading? Day trading time analysis is all about understanding the time frame and then working to place the trades accordingly. It is during the best time frame you can do an important market activity, utilise the hours and maximise your efficiency.
Those who do trading the entire day get very little time for other activities and end up with insufficient rewards. Even experienced day traders could lose their funds if they trade outside of the best time frame. So, which is the best time frame for intraday trading? Between 09:30 am to 10:30 am.
If you are an experienced trader, you could begin trading at 09:15 am when the market opens. Else, beginners should stick to 09:30 am. The regular trading sessions for intraday is between 09:15 am to 03:30 pm.
