NRML is an order type in Zerodha for Futures segment, where your positions can be held till expiry. To buy around Rs 2.8 lakhs worth of Nifty you need only around Rs. 28000 (10%), this is the inherent leverage which you get while trading futures.

Other order type is MIS (Margin Intra-day Square off), which gets additional margin and leverage than a normal order, in acceptance to square off intra-day.
