sub brokers complaint

Dear sir,

i invest amount in one of the sub brokers in India. They trade without my confirmation and get lost 1 lake rupees. how i can take legal action against that brokers.

You can try lodging a investor grievance with SEBI @ grievance form-index ...

While you can lodge this complaint, am not sure to what extent they will act on it. But, do give it a try.

Dear sir,

This sub broker(who is getting lost my amount) is not registered in SEBI. he told lie "I AM SUB BROKER". how i can punish him? how to take legal action.
