Unable to Login to ICICIDirect

ICICIdirect.com sometimes becomes pathetic in trading hours when you are unable to login and throws the below error

Invalid User:The Login Id entered is not valid

I have tried calling customer care in the past and they try to shadow the issue most times.

I wish ICICIDirect and other brokers are little more transparent on issues they face.

I am able to login into my account however I am logged out frequently.

Solution
1. Please clear cache memory of your system before logging into your account in the following manner:

• Click on Tools - Internet Options - Temporary Internet Files - Delete Files.
• Click on Tools - Internet Options - Temporary Internet Files - Settings - Check for newer versions of stored pages - Set to Every Visit to the Page.

2. If you continue to face the issue, there is a possibility that you have a dynamic IP provided by your service provider. Kindly contact your system administrator and our Customer Care for resolution.
