I recently made a online purchase on June 2nd for iPod Nano to be delivered on 9th June 2011. The delivery takes longer than 4 days which is mentioned on their site.

I was initially looking for their customer care no and was unable to find it. I thought rediff customer care number did not exist. Then i found it in their lengthy "Privacy Policy" at the bottom.
