can anybody let know how options should be chosen(index/stock) as well as traded for short term or lets say till expiry with profitability.

I am based at Mumbai. I have been trading in options. Recently I was exposed to Nifty Index Options writing strategy which I have been told that if I sell out of money options I will be able to generate regular monthly income with less risk.
I have already done a course on Technical Analysis, it is helping me to identify the Nifty movements. But I realized that for sell strategy to understand the Nifty movement it is necessary to make use of Bolleger Bands (BB).
I found your video on youtube validating my assumption.
I think BB makes it easy to predict the Nifty range of up-down quite accurately when Market is not volatile.
Can we predict the using BB in volatile market also?
Are you going to up load some other Option writing strategies?
