Below details on IIFL brokerage charges and other fees are mentioned as in their account opening form

• Account Opening Charge - Rs 750 (750/- to be reversed against brokerage within 90 days of account opening)
• DP Annual Maintenance - Rs 25 per month + Service Tax
• Debit Charges - 0.05% (Minimum Rs 15 - Maximum Rs 100) per
• debit transaction

• Delivery (Normal) settlement - 0.50% (50 paisa)
• Exchange Trade for Trade and Z group scrip - 0.75% (75 paisa)

• BROKERAGE (OPTIONS) - 1% of Premium Minimum or Rs. 100/- per lot whichever is higher
• CURRENCY Brokerage Futures - Rs. 25 per lot
• Currency Brokerage (Options) - Rs. 10 per lot
• MINIMUM PER SHARE BROKERAGE - Rs 0.05
• AUCTION BROKERAGE - 1%

Other Charges

• VAS SMS Facility - Rs 249 per month
• Pledge creation - Rs. 50
• STAMP DUTY - As applicable - Rs. 200/- per Crore
• Service Tax - As applicable 10.30%
• Regulatory Charges Rs. 10/- Per 1 Crore

Difference between DEMAT and Trading Account

Hi

I currently have my trading and demat accounts with IIFL. If I want to open only trading account with Zerodha and continue to have my demat account with IIFL, is it possible? Will I continue to have the margin benefits that I have with IIFL for my F&O trading? I also understand that one can have only one demat account as announced in the budget.

Alterrnatively, if I want to transfer my demat account to Zerodha I need to know their schedule of charges like AMC, demat debit txn charges etc. My demat account is of CDSL. Hope to hear from you at the earliest.

yes , You can just open a Trading account with Zerodha if you want ...

Not sure about margin benefits ... And i think you can open as many demat accounts as possible ...

I have arranged for a call back from Zerodha ... They will explain ... You will also get added benefits joining Zerodha through us ...

I have a couple of questions.
1)brokerage charges(I have a account with kotak securities.can you pls compare the complete charges including brokerage and other charges)
2)after account opening will I get Pi trading software for trading.

Kindly resolve this questions as i wanted to open an account for just software and your teachings.

It will be a flat and max 20 Rs per transaction in Zerodha ... you will save upto 90% with Zerodha ... you will save more in FnO Trades ...
