    Ansal Properties & Infrastructure debt levels are high .... Profits have been inconsistent and has dipped in the last 5 years ... Also made losses in some of the quarters in the recent past ....

    I wouldn't be fully satisfied with this pick and its a good idea to keep close watch and book profits if it starts to dip ...
