The Indian markets are expected to open positive on the back of strong Asian cues. The domestic markets on Monday ended sharply higher reflecting the effect of an unexpected 75 bps CRR cut by the RBI after the market hours on Friday.

Traders also showed optimism on a potential rate cut in the upcoming policy meeting on Thursday.
