Is short-term trading profitable?
For many years I have tried to make money on short-term trading. After I came across www.avoidingtheherd.com I have given up intraday trading. I've followed their sentiment index since middle of May and on average I have traded every two weeks with low risk and a more than acceptable return.
Is there anyone who has succeded with short-term trading in the long run?

I agree. Short term trading may give excitement, but when it hits the wall, it breaks down. Long term investment in fundamentally strong stocks always works.
Buying and Selling at the right time adds value.
