  5. EXNESS warns clients about increased fraud

    Dear clients and partners!

    EXNESS would like to warn you of an increase in the frequency of instances of fraud perpetrated against our clients for the purpose of seizing their funds. We have already received several messages from clients who have been scammed.

    According to our information, the scammers make contact with our clients through social networks (such as Facebook) or other forms of electronic communication (ICQ, Yahoo Messenger, QQ, Skype, etc.) and pretend to be EXNESS employees. They ask clients to transfer large sums of money to their trading accounts, promising in return a huge bonus available for withdrawal, or they promise to share a profitable trading system. Additionally, under various pretences, they ask for clients' trading account numbers, usernames, and passwords for their Personal Areas. Thus, the scammers gain access to the funds in the trading accounts and are able to do whatever they want with them.

    We would like our clients to know that EXNESS employees may not ask for the password to a Personal Area under any circumstances! They may only ask for a telephone password in order to identify a client.

    Keep in mind that, in accordance with Chapter 11 of General Business Terms (appendix 1 to the Client Agreement), we may use the following forms of communication to contact clients:

    1. electronic mail
    2. MetaTrader internal mailing system,
    3. the telephone numbers listed on the company site in the Contacts section,
    4. mail,

    We strongly recommend that you do not enter a conversation with people who claim to be EXNESS employees who contact you through other channels of communication! If you receive suspicious messages, please immediately contact our client support team, so company specialists can take appropriate actions.

    EXNESS is doing all it can to ensure our traders' funds are secure. We rely on our clients' good sense and watchfulness.

  6. Maintenance Works on EXNESS Server

  8. Global Improvement of Trading Conditions at EXNESS

    EXNESS has prepared a huge surprise for traders in January 2014. A whole lot of trading conditions at the company have been changed for the better.

    Striving to satisfy traders' real needs and offer genuine high-quality services, EXNESS specialists have introduced some serious innovations.
