The Group has joint-venture agreements for the manufacture and marketing of tractors in the USA, in addition to one for the production of automobile axles and transmissions in Italy.

Escorts is a company to watch out for during earnings season. They have restructured nicely in the last 3 years to improve their bottom line (-6 Cr, 12 Cr , 90Cr respectively). Their revenues have grown steadily. For a company with revenues of over 2000 Cr, they have lots more room to improve their NPM. Current P/E of 12 and low Enterprise Value makes it an exciting bet.
