Should i still hold shares of Jaiprakash Associates?
Hi All,
Latest news that coming out on Jaiprakash Associates doesn't seems favorable to those who hold its shares. I'm also holding 1500 shares of Jaiprakash Associates. Could anyone please advice me on how to respond to this situation? Should i still hold it or try to sell it asap?

JP Associate bullish % is only 30% over the last 5 years, meaning its constantly been below 200 day ema more often than not and is not a good stock for a long term investor ....

JPA is now at the verge of insolvency and they sent a Postal Ballot/E-voting as per the directions of National Company Law Tribunal to all its share holders. How this will impact the common shareholder?

A company getting to this state in itself is bad enough .... doesnt make sense to invest in a company loaded with debt
