HP tanked to $ 36 after its CEO lowered EPS guidance for FY12. Its fundamentally stable and is currently undervalued at P/E of little below 10. The stock can dip even more on the downward momentum, but its a good opportunity to accumulate on dips of 10% from current levels. During recession, HP shares hit 5 year low of $ 27 levels only to bounce back immediately. The downside risk is very minimal and is a good buy. One can look to exit HP shares above $ 50 where the stock has consistently faced resistance in the past.
